Now that The Sims 4 High School Pack has debuted, there are a ton of new things you can do in the game. One, in particular, is the ability to join multiple clubs that will help you make excel your Sim in their future career. So here is a list of all the extracurricular activities you can do in this latest exclusive.
All extracurricular activities in high school
In the High School Years Pack, you can join five clubs to boost your Sim’s skills and talents. We’ll go over each of them to help players choose the perfect team for their character.
The Sims 4 Chess Team is excellent for players who enjoy advancing Sim logic skills that will come in handy in the role of a scientist. You will start as a member of the chess team and develop your character’s abilities to become a captain like adult career gameplay.
You can play the game every day after school and test your skills by requesting a high school science fair, where you will show your chess puzzle skills and get the special chess table, team flag and the trophy.
If you want a tech-savvy Sim, the Computer Team in High School Years Pack is the best club for you, especially with the latest tech-themed pre-order items. The main skill you will need to focus on is programming ability, a talent that can be exercised on any computer during extracurricular activity hours.
Similar to Team Chess, you can request a science fair to engage in a Game Jam, a coding battle against other contestants. Not only will you be preparing for a career as a Tech Guru, but you will also have the chance to win the Golden Laptop, Team Flag and Trophy.
The Drama Club was first introduced in The Sims 4: Get Famous pack, and now it appears again in High School Years. In this club, you must perfect your acting skills by strengthening your charisma and practicing your lines in front of a mirror. Additionally, Sims can participate in games where you will make decisions that could increase your notoriety or result in an embarrassing storyline.
Fitness and sports enthusiasts will enjoy the latest soccer team extracurricular activity added to the game. You can practice on the pitch by improving your throwing and catching skills. Then, when the time is right, players can prepare for the Sports Day Festival and beat the competition.
Those who maxed out their stats can potentially earn the captaincy and decorate their room with the golden football, team flag, and trophy.
The Cheerleading Squad is the last option for extracurricular activities in The Sims 4 Years High School Pack. Players can show their support and dedication to Copperdale High by entering a weekly cheer competition.
You’ll also have the chance to make it to Cheer Captain by improving your fitness skills and trying out unique moves with your Cheer Mat. Once you’ve progressed enough, you’ll get the Golden Cheer Mat, Team Flag, and Trophy.
Players can still partake in after-school activities that don’t require a club and hang out in the exciting new areas of Copperdale. For example, you can do interactions, like visiting the ThrifTea store, catching up on some homework, and going on adventures with classmates.
