QC teachers start distributing school supplies to needy students – Manila newsletter

The Quezon City Public School Teachers Association (QCPSTA) began distributing school supplies to students in Barangay Roxas, Quezon City on Sunday, September 26.

According to DZBB, the cast is QCPSTA’s advanced way of celebrating World Teachers’ Day on October 5, 2021.

QCPSTA President Kris Navales said up to 150 students have received school supplies and food through the established teachers’ community pantry.

The distribution took place at General Roxas Primary School to help needy students return to school.

The QCPSTA called on the government to help in particular the students affected by the pandemic.
